At Kawa Entertainment, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Our goal is to ensure your style experience is as seamless as our collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
